Many of your clients can be from English speaking native countries. So, to negotiate with them, you need to have a good command over the English language. This is all the more importance if you are working in a BPO.

IT companies in Dubai set high standards for themselves and work for customer satisfaction. You really have to excel in your field. You need to offer something extra. You need to handle user requests and understand their requirements. It is essential to adhere to IT standards and policies. Most companies require 2-3 years of experience in a firm relating to computers.

Irrespective of the job, if you have undergone suitable training and have some experience, it is an added advantage.
